Had lunch with my darling jess and ling on Monday. It was definitely worth waiting for. I laughed so much till I had tears coming out of my eyes and my stomach hurt. I haven't laughed that much in ages. Just pure innocent laughter about the silliest things. We finally had our japanses pancakes that jess has been going on about. hehe. Well technically they're crepes! hehe. Oh, you know what we forgot to do? Take sticker photos!! hehe.

These girls make me feel happy. And I'm so thankful I have them in my life. A real honest friendship with no secrets to hide, no expectations to meet. They are always there for me no matter what the situation. *hugglez* to you two! =)



I have been busy as a bee these holidays. Well, not to mention before the holidays too. Being a 'mum', a student, a part time worker, a chauffer, a dancer, a maid, a unemployed teacher is all very tiring. I need a break. A good realxing holiday, without a worry in the world would be nice. hehe.

I love my job, as I have mentioned a few times before. But somedays there are things that make me wish I was working somewhere else.

For example, today I was working and there are soooooooo many people buying wedding jewellery, its not funny. Some come with their mums, some with their bridesmaids, some with their friends. And then you have some that come with their fiance. And let me tell you, there aren't just any ordinary fiances, they are the sweetest guys ever! lolz. I had this couple come in today and the bride-to-be saw this really nice ring that she liked. She just mentioned it to her finace, without any hints of her wanting him to buy it or making him feel like he HAD to buy it. She just casually mentioned it while walking pass and ta da! It was hers. She was also surprised but grateful that he bought it for her. They were the cutest couple. The girl was really sweet as well. Ok, so just because he bought her a ring, doesn't mean he's the sweetest person in the world but the way he did it... it was just so... so... sweet! haha... I guess you had to be there. And when I asked him what the occasion was, he just said 'just because'. Awwwwww. I want a guy like that, someone who will randomly buy me gifts for the reason of 'just because'. Then the girl was telling me all the other sweet things he's done for her... sends her roses on her birthday without fail, takes her to surprise places... I felt so jealous... lolz..

Then there are times when guys come into the store and they buy jewellery for their girlfriends... or for their mums... or grandmas. And just from talking to them, you can tell they're really sweet guys. Some are pretty cute too! hehe. Some really open up and tell me they're life story. Like one guy, he was going overseas to the UK to work. Then I mentioned that I want to go over there and work too and he was like 'hey, maybe we'll bump into each other!' haha.. yeah, like we'd remember each other... haha, but it was still nice of him to say that. Then there are guys that come from Canada and have the cutest accents!! haha... I'm a sucker for accents. And he wasn't bad looking either, haha. I told him to come back and visit me because he was an exchange students and he was here for a whole year. But he hasn't come back yet :( lolz. And then there are guys that come from Italy and are drop dead gorgeous and speak Italian!! hahaha... *drool*... They were so hot that I was actually nervous to talk to them! haha.

Ok, so maybe I still like working there, coz I get to meet all these cute and sweet guys... but the downside is, I can't have them. haha. oh wellz. haha. Cant have the best of both worlds. haha.

Random happenings for today:

- Woke up this morning and looked around my room. It looked like a bomb had hit it while i was sleeping! lolz. It was such a mess. So i did a big clean up today. I can actually see my carpet now! lolz...

- Went to work today but not before getting really annoyed at some guy who took my parking spot! grrrrr... I've never had that happen to me before but I guess there's a first for everything. I was waiting for the carpark and then this guy pulled up behind me. I thought he wanted to get through.. so being the nice person, I moved foward for him to go around me. But no, he didn't move. Maybe he thought there wasn't enough room to go through. So when the other car was backing out, I move forward so that car could get through. And as soon as the spot was free, the stoopid guy behind me went in!!!! grrrr... I reversed hoping he would see my angry face (>.<) but no, he happily just went in without looking. Lukcily I had my younger brother in the car who told me that it wasn't worth fussing over. I think i might have done something i would have regretted if not for my brother. >.< And luckily, I found another parking spot just a few cars down. But still, I was so annoyed.

- My very first ex walked into my store today. haha. It was so weird. I don't think he knew it was me at first. But realised in the end. He was with, I assume, his girlfriend. We didn't get to talk coz his gf pulled him out of the store when she couldn't find what she was looking for. But it was just weird to see him. I haven't seen or spoken to him for so long.

- I was lining up at Hungry jacks after work coz I wanted an ice cream (it was such a nice day). But when I was in the line, I was also blocking the walkway for people to go pass. There was this older guy, about in his early 40's who was pushing a trolley and trying to get pass. You know when you move one way, then they move the same way, then you move the other, and they do they same? yeah, well we played that game for a few seconds, haha, until i finally stood still and let him pass. It was my turn to order, so as he walked pass I turned around to the counter to place my order. And suddenly I hear the guy whisper 'You were too pretty to run over anyway'. I was like huh?! lolz... He smiled at me and I just laughed, thinking that was just weird. lolz.
