It's not often that I find something I really really love... but thanks to melly, I found this divine leather wallet that I think looks sooooo cute yet classy at the same time!
It's from Spencer and Rutherford, a brand I've never even heard of, but they have some really really nice stuff! exclusive-yes, expensive-double yes! lolz... but i really really love this wallet! I hardly spoil myself on these kinda things so this will be my next purchase when I earn /have been given/find some extra money : D Or if anyone finds it for a really cheap price, let me know! : )

Have you ever tried to call Optus customer service?? I wanted to change my prepaid calling offer and was greeted by a machine asking me to state the reason for my phonecall. So I told her/it, 'to change my rate plan', it replied 'I'm sorry, I did not understand your response, could you please repeat your reason'. So I said it again. 'I'm sorry, I did not understand your reponse, could you please repeat it again.' So I said it again. 'Please state whether you are calling about your mobile, home phone, internet etc.' OMG! I was getting slightly annoyed at this point. I stated 'MOBILE' clearly and finally it understood me. But that wasn't the end of it.
I got more questions like
- 'Are you inquiring about an existing account or wanting a new service?'
- 'I'm sorry, I did not understand your response, please state whether you are inquiring about an existing account or a new service'
- 'Please say 'existing' or 'new service','
- "EXISITING!"
- 'Please enter the number you are inquiring about'
- 'So your number is 0421...'
- 'Yes'
- 'I'm sorry, is that that correct number? Yes or No?'
- 'YES!'
- 'Please hold while I put you through to a customer service operator'

Geez! Couldn't they just put me through to an operator in the first place!!! >.< And now I have to turn off my phone and wait 4 hours until the new offer is activated! So no one call me until 7:30pm please! :)
