Took my brother to the airport on Thursday night. Then took my mum to the airport on Saturday afternoon. I've been to the airport so many times in the last 4 years that I've lost count! lolz Don't think i could count them on two hands anyways! hehe. There have been so many people going overseas lately... it's kind of sad that I'm still stuck here in Melbourne. I wanna go overseas! lolz. Well hopefully I'll be able to go overseas at the end of this year. If I can save enough money by then! :p

When I took my brother to the airport there were these Vietnamese people, about 12 of them and i don't think they knew how to speak English properly. They were all somehow related and they foolishly thought that if they all went to one counter, it would be a lot faster than each of them going individually to multiple counters. But no, they were so impatient and couldn't wait so all 12 of them went to ONE counter. OMG, they caused so much trouble for everyone else. It just so happened that they had to go to the counter right in front of where the front of the line was. So you could imagine, 12 people, going to one counter and blocking the way with all their trolleys and luggage making it so hard for everyone else to get pass. It was so inconsiderate. You should have seen the looks of the ground staff... haha... they were so annoyed. And I don't blame them! Some people just don't think. I mean, really, its not like they were late or anything. They would still have to wait for each other.

So anyways, it was a scorching 40 degrees today! hot hot hot! It has been sooo hot the past few days. Probably a little to hot for my liking. Can't believe the tennis players have to play in this heat. I'd die... or maybe faint in the first 10mins. lolz.

I've been doing a lot of organising for a few things lately. Feel like a business women, organising all these events and projects lolz. Biggest thing is my 21st. Now I know its still 2 months away, but still, I wanna get things organised so then I don't have to stress out later when things go wrong. I found a really nice place and thought it was perfect for what I wanted. It's called Red Orange Bistro & Bar. Jjudging by the emails the manager had sent me and the website, I was so set on hiring this place. OMG! Man, can photos be deceiving. I went to visit the place yesterday and it was kinda a disappointment. The place was so much smaller than I expected. And the manager said they usually fit 90 people in there?! No way man! It's like the size of my living room, where the tv is. Its so small! Ok, yeah, maybe we could fit 90 people in there but it would be like sardines! All squashed together! lolz. Not how I really want to spend the night. I mean, hey, we all need our personal space right?!

But I feel really bad if I don't take the place because the manager was super super nice! Like I mean, genuinely nice! He catered for ALL my needs. Everything little or big problem I had, whether it'd be with the costs, decorations, equipment for speeches etc. he made sure that it all accomodate my needs. He was so helpful. From the minute I met him, he was so friendly and So, I've decided that if I don't have it there, I will probably celebrate my actual birthday there with a few closer friends. I don't want him to think that I have something against the place or something! And the waiters there were also so nice. Like when we sat down to discuss the details, they asked if we wanted a drink FOR FREE!!! haha. But it was too hot for anything else but ice cold water. hehe. But they were super nice about it. They were like 'But its on the house, you can have ANYTHING you like!" haha. So so nice. I recommend it if you want to eat somewhere where the service is awesome and the atmosphere is magical. I mean, hey, I wouldn't say its ideal for big parties... but to go out for a quiet dinner with friends, that's the place to go.

So, now I'm trying to find another place. I found a few, just waiting for them to get back to me.
